If you are looking for a fun and creative way to take care of yourself, join us for a
HealthRHYTHMSTM Group Empowerment Drumming TM Circle, and/or, one of our other rhythm-based or wellness programs.
Rhythms For Wellness TM incorporates the latest drumming and wellness research into their rhythm-based wellness programs. Participants will learn how active music-making with rhythm instruments can be part of a personal self-care and wellness enhancement program that is effective and fun. No previous musical experience required. All instruments are provided, or participants are welcome to bring their own world percussion. Program meets for six 1-hour sessions, or single session depending on venue.
